EarthTec
The EarthTec Reinforced Soil (RSW) is a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall system that utilizes precast concrete or welded wire facing panels and soil reinforcing consisting of metallic or geosynthetic strips. Third‐party engineering companies have tested all components to verify their structural integrity. In addition, the system components and design methodology has undergone peer review by leading experts in MSE technology. The EarthTec system components and methods of manufacturing have United States Patents as well as US patents pending.
The Highway Innovations, Developments, Enhancements and Advancements (IDEA) program reviewed the EarthTec metallic EarthTrac system. The IDEA program provides a protocol for technical evaluation of earth retention systems that is administered by the Geo‐Institute of the ASCE (G‐I). The EarthTec RSW has been approved for use in over twenty State Department of Transportations.
