Thomas P. Taylor

Dr. Taylor has 28 years of experience in the design and implementation of various civil products. During this time, he has been responsible for the development of several MSE systems that have been used in both permanent and temporary applications for heavy highway transportation, mining, commercial and residential projects.

Oldsmar BMX Retaining Wall Replacement

In 2015, the Oldsmar BMX track was reconstructed using a combination of earthen embankments and mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls (MSEWs) for the two start hills and the VIP viewing area.

MSE Dump Structure Brooksville, Florida

The MSE consisted of a 7100 square foot EarthTec Reinforced Soil Wall. The structure will support a CAT 777G heavy haul truck.
